Australia’s largest IT expo is back for another year, with ever expending business technology. In all, there are over 2,000 different technologies vying for attention during the three day event, ranging from lowly HDMI cables to futuristic touch screen table tops. CeBIT Australia builds on its rich German heritage and entered a new exciting era with the launch of its Partner Country Program, with Germany announced as inaugural partner country. The Partner Country 2012 was India. With the rate of change in the IT and business sectors more rapid than ever before, digital technologies now have a decisive impact on all levels of business activity. While one insight can take a business to new heights, one oversight can leave it far behind. Our aim is to provide interface between innovation, government and industry, allowing policy makers, business users and manufacturers to join forces and generate growth and open new revenue streams. As a global industry leader CeBIT surveys the international market every year to predict key business trends and facilitate value to its business audience.
CeBIT Australia was a hugely successful event in 2012, showing solid positive growth across visitors, delegates and exhibitors:
